TRACY SHORE ADAMSKY
FOUNDER | CEO
Tracy Shore Adamsky is originally from Wyncote, Pennsylvania and moved to Boca Raton, Florida in 1981. She attended Florida Atlantic University majoring in business management and marketing. She began her advertising career in 1996 as an account manager working on strategic partnerships utilizing her skills working on advertising campaigns. In 2007 Tracy co-founded A&B and opened the agency. She is a member of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County Advertising Committee, Boca Chamber Tourism Committee and Palm Beach Advertising Federation. She finds time to support JAFCO, Hospice/TrustBridge, JFSPBC, Junior League of Boca Raton, Spirit of Giving and Cavalier Rescue of Florida.
When Tracy is not working she is passionate about her 2 king Charles Cavalier Spaniels, Hudson & Winston, she’s the ultimate Foodie and loves Traveling to new destinations every year.
STÉPHAN ADAMSKY
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Originally from Belgium, Stéphan made Boca Raton his home in 1989. Prior to moving to the U.S., Stéphan graduated in finance and worked as a financial analyst for a major fiduciary in Brussels, Belgium doing contract negotiation, corporate accounting and government audits.
Having a background in finance and corporate operations as well as a unique experience in customer service centric operation, Stéphan was pursued by the CEO of “The Ivy Funds”, a multi billion dollar global mutual fund group to come and run the U.S operations. Stéphan emphasized high value on improving workflow and customer satisfaction all while being part of the executive committee.
Stéphan is fluent in English, French and Italian. When not working, Stéphan is a passionate cyclist, loves to play tennis, golf and most importantly, loves the company of his Cavalier King Charles, Hudson and Winston.
DAWN LUBER
SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Dawn Luber has 32 years of experience in the advertising industry. She is passionate and driven. As a marketing expert she consults with her clients to create an extraordinary partnership to ensure that each campaign delivers the results needed for success. No matter the size of the business Dawn makes sure every client is given excellent service. Dawn has a BA in mass communications majoring in public relations from the University of South Florida.

CHIEF CREATIVE DESIGNER
Fabio Passere is originally from Brazil and moved to Florida in 2001. He has 23 years of experience in the graphic design industry. His work is progressive, strategic, and creative, specialized in brand design and frontend web development he brings digital identities into the real world with focus to keep solutions simple. Fabio has a strong belief in design as a problem solving tool, as a way of connecting people and the products they use.
